These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of proteinpodz.shop (the "Site") and any purchase from Protein Podz ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Products and product information
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, images and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive. Some images and videos on the Site may be created or enhanced with artificial intelligence tools and are for illustration. Always read the ingredient list, allergen information and nutrition facts on the product page and packaging before use.
3. Health information
Protein Podz are food products. Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not medical advice. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, food allergy or dietary restriction, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, talk to a qualified health professional before use.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
5. Shipping and delivery
Current estimated delivery times are 5 to 14 days for Standard shipping and 1 to 3 days for Express shipping, where available. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by destination, processing time, carrier delays, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Available shipping options, prices and free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.
6. Returns, refunds and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your Protein Podz purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We will offer a refund or replacement. For food safety, do not send opened food products back unless we specifically ask you to. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know so we can make it right. 7. Intellectual property
Protein Podz™, our logo, and the content on the Site, including text, images, graphics and videos, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protein Podz and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date posted on this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Protein Podz is not responsible or liable for allergic reactions, intolerances or other adverse medical reactions resulting from consuming the protein powder contained in our pods. This disclaimer does not exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
